Responsibilities
Provide mentoring and daily support of platform, CATIA 3DX and change management processes
Establish and document best practices to enable teams to function efficiently
Work with software vendors and application product teams to enable issues resolution and enhancements
Monitor and track support request in a service desk application

Required
Provide mentoring and daily support of platform, CATIA 3DX and change management processes
Establish and document best practices to enable teams to function efficiently
Work with software vendors and application product teams to enable issues resolution and enhancements
Monitor and track support request in a service desk application
Working knowledge of Enovia Lifecycle Management and Change Management
Mechanical Design background using CATIA V5/V6
Proficiency in creating presentations and technical/training documentation
Experience working in a customer service type role is required
Superb verbal and written skills as well as ‘soft skills’
Working in or having worked in a manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, or DoD environment will be strongly considered
Eagerness to grow and learn with the organization
