Responsibilities
Craft strategies for all Marketing, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and creative.
Set, monitor and report on departmental goals.
Design branding and growth strategies.
Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts. (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material).
Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas.
Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features).
Coordinate marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
Participate in planning of company objectives.
Other tasks as assigned.

Required
Solid knowledge of web analytics
Experience running successful marketing campaigns
Extensive knowledge of SEO, Facebook and Google Ads
Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
A self-starter with strong organizational and follow-up skills
Must have the ability to work under deadlines and be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, organizational skills, and confidentiality
