Responsibilities
Overseeing the entire lifecycle of solutions and services, from initial conception through to release and ongoing support
Work closely with Engineering and business stakeholders
Engage directly with caregivers to understand their needs
Manage the release process
Establish the solution or service's identity within the ecosystem
Connect with and support the caregiver community
Managing infrastructure and network projects
Influencing agile transformation across the organization
Driving continuous improvement
Ensuring efficient delivery of services

Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent educ/experience.
8 years Related experience; more preferred.
6 years Leadership experience leading teams in a complex and fast-paced moving environment.
Preferred
Master's Degree.
Experience in a Healthcare environment.
Proven experience with agile methodologies and transformations.
Strong background in network management and infrastructure projects.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members.
Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
Knowledge of current industry trends and emerging technologies.
Experience with Azure Dev Ops.
