Responsibilities
Technical Writing: Create clear, concise, and actionable documentation to support CX operations, including process guides, knowledge bases, and internal resources.
Creating Reports: Generate detailed reports on CX metrics, trends, and performance to provide actionable insights for leadership and the CX team.
Data Analysis: Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize resource allocation.
Strategic Projects: Support and execute one-off CX strategic initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with team members to identify inefficiencies and develop solutions that enhance CX team effectiveness.

Required
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and reporting platforms.
Some experience in technical writing
2+ years SaaS customer experience a plus
Experience with Zapier and API connections a plus
