Responsibilities

Manage multiple, concurrent programs focused on infrastructure and IT systems for medical device manufacturing.
Develop and maintain detailed program plans, including milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
Monitor overall program performance and resolve issues proactively.
Oversee implementation and upgrades of critical infrastructure supporting medical device production, including facilities, IT networks, and operational technology.
Ensure systems meet compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and other relevant regulatory standards.
Coordinate with engineering, quality assurance, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure projects.
Facilitate communication between internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies across programs.
Ensure all projects comply with medical device industry regulations, including cybersecurity and data privacy requirements.
Track program metrics, prepare status reports, and present updates to senior management.
Manage program budgets and resources, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, or a related field
7-10 years of experience in infrastructure or program management within a medical device or manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485, CE)
Proven ability to lead cross-functional, geographically distributed teams
Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
Expertise in project management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile
Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, network infrastructure, and manufacturing technologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

Advanced degree
Certifications such as PMP, Agile, or PRINCE2 are highly desirable
