Responsibilities

Oversee all of Accounting including the month-end close, A/P, and A/R

Generate monthly and international financial statements

Prepare comprehensive reports for BOD on financial performance, including strategic insights

Prepare for and facilitate annual accounting audits

Manage Sales Tax and oversee R&D tax compliance

Implement Treasury Controls to safeguard company assets

Lead and mentor an Accounting and Finance team
