Responsibilities
Plan and manage renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborate with clients, designers, teammates and subcontractors to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
Develop detailed briefs, schedules and budgets, and communicate these effectively to all stakeholders.
Supervise subcontractors and construction crews, providing guidance, support, and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise.
Conduct regular remote site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Track project expenses, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure projects stay within budget.
Own client communication from the moment the project signs with sales through project completion.
Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the renovation process.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and closeout documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Be available evenings and weekends for subcontractor communication.

Required
Proven experience managing projects
General knowledge of the construction industry
Excellent problem solving, organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Prior experience being client facing and/or managing client relationships or accounts
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Google Workspace, specifically with solid knowledge of Google Sheets
Commitment to teamwork, quality of work, attention to detail, and client satisfaction.
Willingness to take on projects mid-timeline
Preferred
Management experience within the construction industry, with a focus on STR renovations or remodeling projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and regulations.
Prior experience being the point of contact for the client throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Proficiency in Project Management software
Experience working with subcontractors and managing vendor relationships.
