Responsibilities

Develop deep knowledge of the lines of business supported, understanding their strategic goals and how talent acquisition contributes to achieving them.

Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring leaders, acting as a trusted advisor in talent planning and workforce strategy.

Conduct regular check-ins with newly hired employees and hiring leaders to ensure successful integration and retention.

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on recurring roles, understanding the specific skills, competencies, and attributes required for success.

Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and high-volume positions to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.

Leverage market insights and data to guide hiring leaders in making informed decisions.

Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process, from initial engagement to onboarding.

Actively engage with candidates to build a robust employer brand and promote BRCC’s culture and values.

Analyze recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate feedback, to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance recruiting strategies and tactics.
