Responsibilities
Learn and understand the full scope of IPM roles and responsibilities, including all routine tasks and standard work.
Routinely assess areas of high-input/low-output work being done by the IPMs that would benefit from a centralization, redirection, and/or automation solution.
Solicit feedback from the global IPMs regarding functionality & feature enhancements of departmental tools and systems to increase team productivity.
Liaise with the PCOE Operations & Department Leaders to support cross-departmental initiatives.
Support the IPM Initiatives Manager with ongoing IPM continuous improvement initiatives.
Own and manage centralized IPM processes as assigned by the IPM Global Leader.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years of cross-functional business experience with operational and/or project management experience
Preferred
Ability to lead and succeed in a cross-functional matrix environment
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Effective organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze, resolve problems, and deliver results
Passion for details and ‘can do’ approach
Thorough competency in Microsoft Office Tools
Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt / Master Black Belt Certification or equivalent quality certification
PMP / PMU certification
