Responsibilities
Lead discussions with our F&SCM clients regarding their requirements and design. This entails meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering precisely what is needed.
Exercise careful oversight and provide final approval for F&SCM Functional resource deliverables, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.
Actively engage in client status and Steering Committee meetings, contributing substantively to these critical gatherings to drive support and projects forward.
Take on the solemn responsibility of granting the final sign-off for the overall design, ensuring that it aligns perfectly with the project's goals and the client's vision.
Provide dedicated client support for design issues and guide the remediation efforts, with a steadfast commitment to resolving challenges promptly and effectively.
Expertly triage and address escalated design issues with precision, acting as a reliable troubleshooter in critical situations.
Contribute your knowledge and expertise to assist in scoping the requirements for subsequent project phases, ensuring a strategic and well-planned approach.
Offer your seasoned insights in the pre-sales phase and lend your authority to the process of project estimation, instilling confidence in potential clients.

Required
9+ years of experience with Dynamics F&SCM.
Experience with successful implementations of solutions.
Gathering requirements, crafting the perfect configuration, testing, training, documentation, and troubleshooting.
Experience leading teams.
Ability to share solutions with customers, presenting with confidence and navigating difficult conversations.
Understanding the importance of change management.
Eager to find solutions to issues and resolve them promptly.
Depth of knowledge in F&SCM to identify potential system issues, provide guidance, and propose immediate solutions.
Appreciation for frameworks to keep missions on course.
Understanding of Finance, Operations, and Warehouse Management Production.
Excellent Verbal and Written Communications.
Strong Problem-solving skills.
Excellent Time Management skills.
Experience juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to present to technical, non-technical and executive level individuals.
Preferred
Experience in Manufacturing both discrete and process industry.
