Required
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the Department of Homeland Security and Department of Justice markets.
Proven commitment to the mission and objectives of the Departments of Homeland Security and Justice.
Strong understanding of customer needs and direct experience with key client organizations.
Track record of success in complex proposal development.
Significant experience managing profit and loss responsibilities and overseeing federal contracts.
Exceptional collaborative skills.
Ability to lead high-performing teams.
Strong alignment with the company's cultural values.
Experience mentoring and developing project managers and teams.
Experience collaborating with business development and service lines to identify new opportunities and enhance client engagement.
Preferred
P&L experience exceeding $10 million.
