Responsibilities
Oversee a dedicated portfolio of accounts, building strong strategic relationships based on trust and integrity, with a focus on increasing effectiveness of client supply chain ESG and other programs through thought partnership and consultative sales.
Responsible for the development of strategic account plans that will help guide our client engagement and maximize revenue growth.
Manage the client renewals and requests for proposals with your named accounts, maximizing client retention.
Develop and win new business opportunities with existing and target global accounts across LRQA products and services.
Maintain client pipelines that are sufficient to meet relevant growth targets.
Commitment to year-over-year client sales and revenue growth.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients that rely on LRQA to help anticipate problems and co-create solutions that help reduce risk, enhance program effectiveness and improve working conditions in global supply chains.
Willing to go above and beyond to meet client needs and get the work done.
Knowledgeable in client ESG, sustainability and responsible sourcing programs and committed to continued growth and expansion of your own expertise.
Develop understanding of LRQA products, services and operations in order to ensure successful delivery.
Develop familiarity with LRQA’s other service pillars and support cross-sales opportunities into identified account portfolio.

Required
8-10 years’ experience with significant knowledge and expertise in corporate social responsibility (CSR), ESG, sustainability, responsible sourcing, compliance, social assessments, and/or ISO certification space.
Familiarity in the Consumer Goods sector, which includes retail, apparel, health & beauty, or fast-moving consumer goods.
Demonstrated a commitment throughout your career to making a global impact through the work that you do.
Curious and solutions oriented, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
You take ownership of your own work and can work independently, while also comfortable working collaboratively with a global team.
You operate with the highest integrity and ethics and are committed to doing the right thing in all situations.
Comfortable with standard software programs. Ability to learn proprietary software quickly.
Preferred
Experience with sales / business development / client management in a comparable B2B environment preferred.
Salesforce, Power BI familiarity a plus.
Global experience and/or experience working in a global operating environment.
