Responsibilities

Builds and maintains strong business relationships with key sales clients to meet or exceed established sales goals, quotas, targets or objectives for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.

Collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure the proper processing of all sold products from time of sale to issuance.

Conducts site visits to assigned firms/institutions to achieve sales targets.

Coordinates sales activities and case management responsibilities with LFD Internal and External wholesalers.

Cultivates, manages, and maintains firm/institution client relationships within assigned territory.

Develops and executes plans to select appropriate key partners to promote Lincoln's products/services and optimize sales effectiveness.

Develops and executes sales plans to increase sales revenue and market share within assigned territory.

Develops and maintains a strong understanding of LFG's products, services and operational structure to enhance ability to identify and target sales growth opportunities for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.

Increases awareness of Lincoln's insurance solutions with firms and/or institutions within his/her assigned territory.

Meets or exceeds all department and/or sales goals/targets for his/her assigned territory.

Proactively consults and advises with key stakeholders to provide value-added insurance strategies and solutions.

Required

1-3+ Years experience in financial services or life insurance sales that directly align to the specific responsibilities for this role

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

FINRA SIE, 6, 63 Licenses

Analytical skills and close attention to detail are necessary

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Ability to adapt quickly in a changing work environment
