Develop and manage project execution plans to meet desired outcomes.

Provide leadership and capabilities around strategic development, strategic planning, transformation management, business planning, and corporate venture.

Required

Must have some experience with small ERP deployments.

Knowledge of Sage ERP Software

Bachelor's Degree OR 4+ years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.

Experience in project management

Proficient collaboration and facilitation skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)

Previous work-related experiences managing projects including managing and/or facilitating identification of risks, issues and decisions and driving general governance and alignment.

Solid understanding in project management, principles and practices for planning, scheduling, resource allocation, monitoring, and evaluating projects.

Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem solving and resolution

Able to drive decision making across all levels of the organization, across multi-disciplined and matrixed teams
