Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define role requirements

Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other channels

Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both technical and cultural add

Prepare and extend job offers in collaboration with People Operations and hiring managers

Build and maintain a pipeline of appraisers for current and future roles in various locations or markets

Manage job postings and ensure they reflect the organization's voice and branding

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, not limited to resume review, candidate communication, interviewing, and feedback collection to assess candidates' technical skills, industry experience, and cultural fit within the company

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Provide regular metrics and reporting on recruitment activities, pipelines, and hiring outcomes

Identify opportunities to improve hiring processes and reduce time-to-hire

Ensure all recruitment activities align with company policies and applicable labor laws

Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices
