Responsibilities

Manage all phases of industrial construction projects, from pre-construction through close-out.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct regular project site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or delays.

Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and labor to meet project demands.

Proactively identify and mitigate risks to project timelines, budgets, and quality.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and progress reports.

Facilitate project meetings and provide clear updates to stakeholders.

Required

Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in industrial construction

Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar).

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
