Responsibilities
Take ownership of and lead the development of select modules - meet users, define requirements, build, deploy and iterate in Agile sprints
Build project teams with other engineers, plan and lead sprints
Contribute to the design, architecture, research of MOLTEN’s core platform (which may include aspects of data transmission, security, back-end and front-end development)
Test accuracy, performance and scalability to deploy robust systems for global user groups
Incorporate user-centricity in the product, meet directly with users to collect requirements and feedback to continuously improve and optimize the user experience
Collaborate with the business development team to best articulate and share the value proposition of your system to its users, and with our technology partners to design and integrate broader solutions
Train, coach and mentor engineers on the team

Required
4 to 8 years of hands-on software engineering experience
Expertise in Python and Javascript
Ability to take ownership of and lead the development of select modules
Experience in building project teams and leading sprints
Contribute to the design, architecture, research of MOLTEN’s core platform
Test accuracy, performance and scalability to deploy robust systems
Incorporate user-centricity in the product
Collaborate with the business development team
Train, coach and mentor engineers on the team
Self-motivated and multi-tasker
Demonstrated team-player
Outstanding communication and leadership skills
Rigorous academic background in computer science, math, physics or a similar field
Proven ability to think original, learn new skills and build innovative software products
