Responsibilities
Responsible for managing all phases of audit engagements (from planning to timely wrap-up)
Conduct and effectively document internal control calls
Prepare various work papers as needed
Consult with clients on benefit plan documentation and administrative and operational issues.
Supervise staff on multiple engagements, including providing timely feedback
Contribute to the overall success of your team

Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting
Possession of an active CPA license
Must have at least two years of experience auditing qualified retirement plans (401(k), 403(b))
Proven ability to manage audits with a complexity of issues such as plan terminations, mergers, and transfers
Ability and desire to learn and expand knowledge of ERISA
