Responsibilities
HubSpot Management: Configure, maintain, and optimize the HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
Campaign Execution: Plan, build, and manage marketing campaigns, including email and lead nurturing workflows.
Lead Nurturing: Develop automated workflows to nurture leads through the sales funnel and boost conversion rates.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Track campaign metrics, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations to improve performance.
Team Support & Training: Train and support team members on HubSpot best practices to ensure they leverage the platform effectively.
Integration Management: Ensure seamless integration between HubSpot and other tools, such as CRMs, email platforms, and analytics tools.
Troubleshooting & Optimization: Proactively identify and resolve any HubSpot-related issues to maintain data accuracy and platform efficiency.

Required
Experience managing and optimizing HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
Proven ability to plan, build, and manage marketing campaigns, including email and lead nurturing workflows.
Experience developing automated workflows to nurture leads through the sales funnel and boost conversion rates.
Strong analytical skills to track campaign metrics, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations to improve performance.
Experience training and supporting team members on HubSpot best practices.
Ability to ensure seamless integration between HubSpot and other tools, such as CRMs, email platforms, and analytics tools.
