Responsibilities

Analyze current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement automated solutions that significantly improve operational efficiency.

Work directly with various teams, from Client Relationship Managers to Product and Engineering, to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.

Leverage a mix of low-code platforms and custom development to create powerful, scalable automation solutions.

Impact the day-to-day operations of client-facing teams, enabling them to focus on high-value activities and deliver exceptional service.

Required

5+ years of experience in software development, automation, or a related field

Proficiency in SQL and JavaScript

Experience with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Zapier, Retool)

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Client facing demeanor and service orientation

Preferred

Experience in fintech or financial services

Familiarity with API integration and development

Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools

Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
