Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain data integration processes, including ETL workflows, data pipelines, and data transformations

Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and understand data integration needs

Analyze and assess existing data integration processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization

Develop and implement data validation and quality control measures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity

Monitor and troubleshoot data integration processes, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner

Perform data profiling and data cleansing activities to ensure data quality and compliance with established standards

Collaborate with database administrators and IT teams to ensure the availability, scalability, and performance of data integration solutions

Create and maintain technical documentation, including data integration specifications, process flow diagrams, and data mappings

Required

Associate or Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field

Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions

Understanding of data security and privacy practices

Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives

The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees

Preferred

Strong understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing, and data integration tools

Experience in one or more data integration tools such as Informatica, Talend, or Microsoft SSIS

Familiarity with data modeling concepts and data governance principles

Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) is a plus
