Responsibilities

Document SOP and roles and responsibilities for construction teams

Ability to understand and map out processes

Provide guidance on industry best practices related to quality control, safety, and risk management

Identify redundancies, inefficiencies, and overlaps in overhead roles and processes

Collaborate with clients to identify potential cost savings opportunities and provide recommendations for cost-effective solutions

Develop and deliver reports and presentations to clients, highlighting findings, recommendations, and action items
