Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of training programs, including planning, scheduling, and overseeing the launch.
Source, onboard, and evaluate freelancers and training vendors to ensure quality standards.
Use analytics to improve training effectiveness, track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as attendance, survey scores, and budget adherence, and visualize data for reporting.
Organize and execute training events, manage logistics, and ensure seamless delivery of classes and workshops.
Monitor program budgets, process purchase orders (POs), and ensure fiscal responsibility.
Work closely with stakeholders to align training goals with organizational needs.
Collaborate with the training team to support robotics employees.
Source and onboard training vendors, ensuring they align with program goals.
Enter and analyze data to track program success and support decision-making.
Manage the training launch process, ensuring all logistical and budgetary needs are met.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Required
Minimum of 4 years in training, including content delivery and coordination.
Experience with project management is a strong plus.
Proficiency in using training platforms, event management software (e.g., Splash), and data visualization tools like Canva or Excel.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Quip, Slack, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Proven experience in planning and coordinating events or training classes.
Expertise in metrics analysis and data visualization for improving program outcomes.
