Responsibilities
Partners with recruiters and hiring managers and plays a key role in ensuring an outstanding onboarding experience for all new hires.
Serves as process owner and subject matter expert for the new hire/onboarding process including, but not limited to, technical issues and/or problems reported by the field.
Serves as point of contact with new hire from time of offer acceptance until completion of onboarding tasks.
Maintains precise records throughout all phases of onboarding process and ensures that all required documentation is compliant with state/federal laws, regulations and company policies.
Monitors background checks on all new hires and the provisioning of new hire equipment.
Monitors daily reports to ensure successful data transfer from onboarding system to employee e-files.
Monitors systems, identifies problem areas, and develops and implements action plans as necessary.
Works for solutions that benefit all parties involved.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Required
High school diploma or equivalent.
Three (3+) years' Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, staffing or other related experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
Knowledge of all state employment regulations.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field.
