Responsibilities
Familiar with sports, beauty, and other markets and industry conditions; quickly learn and adapt to the internal environment.
Develop short-term, medium-term, and long-term strategies for brand introduction in platform business.Possess resources in sports, beauty, and other brands; independently communicate with and drive collaborations with these brands and other partners.
Formulate pre-collaboration investment plans and be responsible for their implementation.Familiar with sports and beauty products; able to assist the team and guide merchants in product selection and pricing.
Drive internal support and implementation during the collaboration process.Collaborate with legal, tax, payment, logistics, customs, and product teams to promote collaboration processes and product solutions with brands and other partners.
Based on partner characteristics, integrate platform stage planning to design multi-level collaborations between brands and sellers.Collaborate with market, category, and product teams to provide medium and long-term brand support and growth plans; drive and formulate post-collaboration operational plans.

Required
Bachelor's degree or above.
Over 5 years of experience in brand investment and operations in related industries; preference for experience in large e-commerce platforms or retail chain companies.
Strong business acumen, communication skills, proactive work attitude; meticulous and detail-oriented, open to new things and learning new knowledge; skilled in analysis and summarization.
Capable of independently driving complex projects across multiple business domains or teams.
