Responsibilities
Recommend and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with YATH's objectives and mission
Work closely with our lead illustrator to produce high quality, on-brand content, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets
Post content appropriate for an active and engaged presence for each platform
Monitor and engage with social media post activity
Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating new strategies and features in alignment with YATH's audience and goals
Monitor social media performance metrics and provide regular insights to inform strategy and decision making

Required
Experience in social media management or related function
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools, including social media management platforms and analytics tools
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
A passion for social media and an understanding of various social platforms, their features, and their audiences
Preferred
Students studying communications, public relations, or similar fields are encouraged to apply
