Responsibilities

Work with product management to interpret customer specifications and identifying website user requirements.

Support projects that range from light on-page copy edits and publishing to developing new functionality, coding redesigns, web architecture optimization, website backups and migrations, and more.

Provide development and support on our internal and external websites, servers and integrations, including working with internal engineering teams on security, governance, accessibility, data capture, APIs, etc.

Support our employee intranet site built on Sharepoint.

Provide general technical support and web development assistance to our business partners.

Work alongside our UI designers, product managers, marketing, enterprise architecture and operations teams to implement wireframes, develop templates, create new features and architecture that supports an end-to-end digital user experience

Research technical elements of high-performing modern websites, from design and performance (parallax, bootstrap, etc.) to website analytics & tagging (data layer pushes, Pendo, etc.)

Other duties may be assigned.
