Responsibilities

Responsible for implementation project planning, initial sizing and scoping, resource assignment, capacity modeling and performance evaluations for a team of implementors.

Manage the initial implementation process, including requirements gathering, plan optimization, customer education, and initial configuration of client accounts to align with builder specifications.

Own our implementation projects, ensuring deadlines, resources, project scope, and client expectations are met.

Serve as the trusted manager for all clients being implemented on your team and the escalation point.

Establish processes for effective quality checks that ensure correct setup, and functionality of platform features.

Work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Sales teams to align on client needs, report platform bugs and feature requests.

Track and report to leadership on key implementation metrics: chiefly time-to-value, but also customer satisfaction, referencability, and adoption.
