Responsibilities

Hands-on experience configuring and managing ITSM software for an IT Service Desk.

Proven experience as a ServiceNow System Administrator or Implementation Developer, with expertise in configuring ITSM modules such as Incident, Service Request, Change Management, and Knowledge Management.

Experience as an Administrator or Implementation Developer working within a ServiceNow Domain-Separated environment.

Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow implementation projects.

Practical experience with the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module.
