Responsibilities
Experience adhering to detailed checklists, keen attention to detail, and validating completed actions are compliant
Experience extracting large volumes of data from databases, validating completeness, adhering to standard file naming conventions, and properly storing data files in appropriate directories
Support SAF/FMFO end users by reviewing existing capability within existing tools and validating all capabilities are sufficiently addressed in available SAF/FMFO training materials
Support SAF/FM Regional Training Center reviewing existing capability within existing tools and validating all capabilities are sufficiently addressed in available training materials
Document findings and propose plan to update all training materials to adequately address all available capabilities
Assist with the development of required training materials
Facilitate and promote Strategic Communications/Change Management activities

Required
3 years of experience in Air Force Financial Management
Ability to obtain Secret Security clearance required or higher
Must be willing and able to travel as required
Strong attention to detail
Preferred
Bachelors Degree
Experience in Advana, Envision, or other cloud based software enclaves
Experience in Defense Enterprise Accounting Management System (DEAMS)
Experience with Oracle e-Business Suite (eBS) 11i and R12
Knowledge of Microsoft’s Power Platform (PowerBI, PowerAutomate, Power Apps, etc.)
Knowledge of Air Force legacy systems such as the Automated Funds Management (AFM), Civilian Pay Accounting Interface System (CPAIS), Central Procurement Accounting System (CPAS), Commanders’ Resource Integration System (CRIS), General Accounting and Finance System Base Level (GAFS-BL), General Accounting and Finance System Re-Engineered (GAFS-R), Integrated Accounts Payable System (IAPS), Job Order Cost Accounting System II (JOCAS II), Standard Base Supply System (SBSS), Standard Materiel Accounting System (SMAS), and Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF)
Knowledge of Air Force Lines of Accounting and financial data elements
