Responsibilities

Development, maintenance and reporting functions of MHS payroll systems

Ongoing maintenance of software

Pay policies, organization set up, scheduler set up, access profiles, calendar views and clock device groups

Creates and troubleshoots custom reports using the Crystal Reports

Implements established control procedures

Assists in account reconciliation

Resolution of employee discrepancies

Tax reporting

Garnishments

Balancing payroll runs
