Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain Control-M software and related components.
Manage and optimize Control-M environments, including Control-M/Server, Control-M/Agent, and Control-M/EM.
Monitor system performance and perform regular health checks.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Control-M and its integrations.
Apply patches, updates, and upgrades to ensure system security and stability.
Implement and maintain backup and recovery procedures for Control-M environments.
Design, create, and manage job workflows, schedules, and dependencies using Control-M.
Coordinate with application teams to define and implement job scheduling requirements.
Monitor job execution, identify and resolve job failures, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Develop and implement job scheduling best practices to improve efficiency and reliability.
Create and maintain documentation for job schedules, workflows, and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Control-M with other systems and applications.
Provide support and guidance to users regarding Control-M functionalities and best practices.
Conduct training sessions and create training materials for end-users as needed.

Required
10+ years of experience in Control-M Administration
Install, configure, and maintain Control-M software and related components.
Manage and optimize Control-M environments, including Control-M/Server, Control-M/Agent, and Control-M/EM.

Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience with Control-M administration and scheduling, including job creation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Control-M components (e.g., Control-M/Server, Control-M/Agent, Control-M/EM).
Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python, Perl) for automation and job management.
Experience with job scheduling best practices and optimization techniques.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Certifications related to Control-M or workload automation.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
