Responsibilities
Independently conduct economic, financial, and policy research and analysis related to distributed energy resources (DERs), with an emphasis on renewable generation and energy efficiency.
Take a lead role in research and analysis as well as write reports, testimony, and other advocacy materials and make recommendations to senior staff and management.
Represent ratepayer interests in workshops, working groups, industry and stakeholder meetings, legislative hearings, or in other agency forums.

Required
Eligibility for the classification
Experience conducting policy, economic, and financial analysis and making appropriate recommendations
Experience serving as a team leader to analyze situations, establish and maintain project priorities, and take effective action
Experience making presentations before decision makers and articulating responses in a persuasive manner
