Business Development Representative

Responsibilities
Proactively identify, research, and engage potential clients, targeting supply chain directors, procurement teams, and hospital executives
Execute outbound prospecting strategies, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach
Generate interest in Symmetric’s solutions and schedule meetings
Maintain and update prospect data in our CRM system
Collaborate with the team to refine messaging and improve outreach effectiveness through various channels, including marketing, like LinkedIn, newsletters, blogs, etc.
Track and report on lead generation activities and results.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
Build a strong sales pipeline through email campaigns, calling, and strong objection handling
Researching, prospecting, and setting qualified meetings
Travel to customer sites or conferences when it makes sense
Create prep documents for each meeting to ensure AEs are prepared to make a great first impression

Required
2+ years as a BDR/SDR or other relevant sales/customer-facing experience (B2B SaaS is a plus)
Strong written, oral, and presentation skills
Results-driven and hunter mentality
Vibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done
Tech-savvy, ability to understand complex technology and translate it to customer benefits
