Responsibilities
The product manager role is expected to take a proactive approach to understanding insights related to the customer, market dynamics, and key unmet needs for select brands within the Organogenesis placental wound care portfolio.
These insights will be leveraged to develop and implement strategic marketing plans and tactics which support the brand(s) through the product lifecycle to increase revenue and grow and/or defend market share.
Leads the tactical execution of marketing programs and campaigns under guidance of senior managers.
Organizes and facilitates regular communication with business partners to evaluate current business segments, track key issues and achieve resolution of outstanding issues impacting sales.
Develops product strategy through conducting market research, competitive audits, and assists in the development of presentations and reports to evaluate the market landscape.
Liaises with agency partners and sales leadership to launch creative briefs and to facilitate the exchange of relevant information to develop promotional programs.
Plans and oversees development of promotional literature, collateral and advertising activities including print, digital, social and other forms of electronic media.
Establishes and maintains a strong interface with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other customers and industry influencers in the wound care community.
Develops and maintains key customer relationships with healthcare professionals to foster peer-to-peer educational opportunities.
Collaborates with numerous cross-functional partners, including but not limited to the Clinical and Medical Affairs Teams to develop and support clinical study plans and case studies and the Commercial, Policy and Development Teams to identify and address key unmet needs related to focus target audiences.
Supports new hire training sales training, process and support materials.
Travel up to 40% of the time required to participate in trade shows, product development meetings, strategy sessions, vendor meetings as directed/approved by supervisor.

Required
BS or BA degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field required
At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
Ability to travel (primarily by air) and work nights and weekends as needed
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
Preferred
Experience preferred in either a biotech or pharmaceutical setting
Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or Salesforce knowledge a plus
