Responsibilities
Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing complex, large-scale datasets related to the real estate and homebuilding industries. Perform data audits to ensure accuracy and quality.
Leverage Tableau data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
Create and maintain web data extraction processes using Mozenda.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to optimize data collection processes and enhance the efficiency and accuracy of data collection.
Assist with fulfilling data requests for clients.

Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, specifically in homebuilding or real estate.
Knowledge of industry-specific residential real estate datasets and trends, especially within the national homebuilding sector.
Strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Deadline-driven and can adhere to a rigid data publication schedule.
Quick learner who thrives on acquiring new skills and knowledge.
Preferred
Prior knowledge and experience with web data extraction tools such as Mozenda.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
Prior experience creating dashboards with Tableau.
