Responsibilities
Manage backlogs for requests, issues, and change requests.
Prioritize change requests with business stakeholders and facilitate the downstream impact of each change prior to making the change.
Facilitate a root cause analysis for reported issues and track remedial action.
Analyze and manage existing tools and dashboards.
Manage, coordinate, and prioritize urgent and complicated support issues.
Act as an escalation point for all questions, requests, and incidents.
Monitor escalated issues and communicate to Leadership accordingly.
Work with stakeholders to assess potential risks.
Interact with external customers and internal stakeholders to triage escalated issues.
Develop dashboards and metrics to monitor the backlog and to ensure service level targets are met.

Required
Knowledge of SQL and Cloud based data warehouse is required.
The ability to run SQL queries and analyze the data is required.
Strong Customer/Technical support knowledge and experience.
Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience in the field or related area.
Experience triaging data issues.
Preferred
Prior Data Governance experience a plus.
