Responsibilities

Daily administration and support of Salesforce, Zendesk, or other CRM systems

Manage multiple user management setups, profiles, and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and workflow rules.

Build and configure CRM forms, views, dashboards, and workflows.

Collaborate with other CRM Systems Analysts within the team and work on prioritized and assigned tasks.

Help troubleshoot any production issues for quick resolution.

Provide support (including but not limited to answering questions, researching the requirements, etc.) to end-users as and when necessary.

Continuously evaluate CRM integrations, processes, and practices, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing enhancements to optimize organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaborate with end-users across different teams in the organization to identify potential areas of improvement in existing workflows and recommend those to Systems Management.

Provide timely and accurate project documentation and reports to management and stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, progress, and achievements.

Influence, promote, drive quality improvement, service enhancements, cost reductions, and productivity increases for the team and business systems.
