Responsibilities

Structure contracting deals, draft, redline, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts including, but not limited to master agreements, placement agreements, pricing agreements, distributor agreements, government agreements, and amendments.

Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Marketing, Finance, and other departments to solve moderately complex contracting problems.

Undertake additional duties and projects to contribute towards various initiatives.

Required

Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of related work experience OR Master's Degree with 1+ years of related work experience.

Experience in pricing analysis, deal structuring, contracts drafting and redlining, and negotiating various commercial contracts in the medical device or healthcare industry.

Knowledge of healthcare fraud and abuse laws, rules, regulations, regulatory guidance, and industry codes, including the federal Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, and HIPAA.

Preferred

Contracting with hospitals and distributors in the US.

Salesforce.com, Contracting Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Price Quoting tools

Process improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, Six Sigma, 5 Whys, etc.
