Responsibilities

Provide hands-on coaching to refine prospecting, discovery, demo, and closing skills. Support professional growth through regular feedback and individualized development plans.
Monitor team performance against KPIs and quotas, holding the team accountable for achieving their goals. Deliver actionable insights and support to ensure consistent execution and improvement.
Regularly review and manage the team’s sales pipelines, ensuring that opportunities are, progressing efficiently, and resulting in predictable deal closures.
Actively participate in deal cycles by offering tactical support, removing roadblocks, and providing deal coaching to execute the sales process to close key opportunities.
Collaborate with Marketing, Onboarding, and Account Management teams to ensure smooth lead handoffs, effective onboarding, and continued customer success and expansion.
Ensure accurate and timely CRM updates from the team, using the data to track performance, forecast outcomes, and identify areas for improvement in execution.

Required

2+ years of sales management experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
Master of creating, progressing, and closing deals.
Gold standard for initiative and ownership among peers.
Creative and data-driven problem-solver.
Elite communicator and teacher, making the complex simple for any audience.
Trusted by colleagues and customers to act with integrity at all times.
Ability to coach and develop team members.
Experience in monitoring team performance against KPIs and quotas.
Experience in managing sales pipelines and ensuring predictable deal closures.
Ability to actively participate in deal cycles and provide tactical support.
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Ability to ensure accurate and timely CRM updates and track performance.

Preferred

Experience in SaaS or hospitality (Hotels or restaurants) is a plus.
