Responsibilities
Query Layer Service: Work on a microservice offering a unified API across popular data warehouses.
Realtime Support: Contribute to and develop an architecture for enabling real-time capabilities across our platform.
Export Service: Develop scalable microservices for transferring data to destination platforms.
Design, implement, and improve various systems in our platform as we evolve quickly to support our growth.

Required
6+ years coding professionally
Strong opinions about language, architecture, and tools
Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining microservices
Experience architecting distributed systems at scale
Ability to own an application end-to-end
Ability to address infrastructure concerns, including infrastructure-as-a-service
Experience deploying microservices on either AWS or GCP
Ability to provide timely feedback and guide others
Ability to set direction when confronted with ambiguity
Curiosity and motivation to learn new things
Motivated by working on foundational services
Ability to provide highly available libraries of core capabilities
Ability to ensure software is secure
Ability to provide fast, cost-effective observability
Ability to make engineering peers as productive as possible
