Responsibilities

Analyze requirements/story cards to gather test scenarios and plan for testing.

Participate in estimating test effort and timelines.

Participate in all aspects of manual, functional testing.

Collaborate with other QA team members and developers to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Create test case documentation for new features.

Execute system, integration, regression, and release testing for all assigned products and features.

Document and track bugs using Jira.

Analyze and reproduce problems reported by customers.

Perform other duties as requested.

Required

2+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or similar technical role.

Ability to work cross functionally with Product and Engineering teams.

Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to shift priorities as needed.

Has a passion for quality.

Preferred

Understanding of SDLC and QA processes.

1+ year experience in an Agile environment.

Experience with both web and mobile testing.

Experience with Jira.

Experience with Zephyr.

API testing is a plus.
