Responsibilities

Develop and implement advertising, digital marketing and social media campaigns in support of brand awareness and demand creation

Develop sales and marketing collateral, including but not limited to, catalogs, brochures, datasheets, post cards, Power Point presentations, and training materials

Ensure adherence to corporate branding guidelines and standards

Develop and update website and social media content, including LinkedIn

Support the implementation and maintenance of company intranet, Sharepoint (HyperConnect)

Prepare trade show planning documents, including the development of graphics, banner stands and visual displays

Assist with trade show booth design and coordination

Overall administration of the CRM system, which includes user management, security settings, access controls, and system configuration

Ensure that the CRM system is properly set up and aligned with the company's sales processes

Provide support and training to CRM users

Assist with user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on how to effectively utilize the CRM system to meet their specific needs

Generate reports and provide data insights

Create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track sales activities, measure marketing campaigns, and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders

Collaborate with Human Resources Department internal communications including employee newsletters, ad hoc communications, site and corporate Town Halls, supporting the development of employee value proposition for recruitment and other related activities
