Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks
Utilize QuickBooks Online or Studio Designer for precise financial reporting
Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy
Oversee payroll processing and accounts payable with meticulous attention
Prepare financial statements and reports
Handle financial transactions and data entry
Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Required
5+ years of hands-on experience in bookkeeping
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
Proficient in QuickBooks Online or Studio Designer
Strong understanding of accounting principles
In-depth knowledge of payroll processes
Experience with accounts payable
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Proven ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Effective communication skills
