Responsibilities
Responsible for drafting, processing, cataloging, filing, and maintaining the correspondence, messages and other documentation.
Sub-tasks shall include: word processing, typing, editing, assembling completed correspondence and documents for review, approval and signature
Analyzes information and statistical data to prepare reports and studies for use by professionals.
Provides administrative support such as technical writing, proofreading, technical editing of word processing and other computer-based documents, integration of various sources into a cohesive product
Coordinates schedules to facilitate completion of proposals, contract deliverables, task order review, briefings/presentations.
Provide conference support such as marketing, design, social media, booth support, and planning.
Performs analysis, development and review of program or functional areas, as required.
Maintain highly organized knowledge management repositories to enable ease in locating current and relevant templates, reference documents, solicitation documentation, drafts and final products.
Meet proposal deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, and approval; entering and monitoring tracking data; coordinating requirements with contributors; contributing proposal status information to review meetings; and transmitting proposals.
Support in office activities such as personal equipment retrieval and processing, shipping, tracking and coordinating with employees.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in related field with 1+ years of relevant experience preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively work in a team environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
U.S. Citizenship is required. Candidate selected must be able to successfully pass a Government background investigation.
