Responsibilities
Set the vision and strategy for global cloud and core infrastructure, aligning with business strategies and objectives.
Lead change and transformation in cloud and edge compute engineering technologies, tools, and processes through metrics-driven, KPI-based methodologies.
Ensure that innovation, scale, and security are embedded within the culture. Identify and assess technology trends and articulate technology recommendations.
Collaborate with Architecture and Product Management to develop a clear vision, outcomes, and roadmap for future cloud and foundational capabilities.
Work across various departments to create and deliver infrastructure capabilities.
Manage an enterprise organization comprising Cloud Engineering, Virtualization, Edge Compute, IoT, CDN, Bot Management, DNS, and Core Services.
Develop and control the annual budget for infrastructure and operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery plans and conduct regular testing to ensure readiness for critical applications.
Translate business strategies and objectives into strategic direction and plans.
Lead initiatives, develop talent, and problem-solve to ensure successful delivery.
Maintain strategic partnerships and manage the budget.
Present the vision, strategies, and progress to Senior and Executive Leadership.
Develop and execute cloud strategies, including migration, deployment, and ongoing management.
Oversee cloud service providers (such as AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud) to ensure optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.
Implement best practices for cloud security, compliance, and governance.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience; Advanced degree highly desirable.
15+ years of relevant industry experience supporting multiple physical locations and heterogeneous environments (Windows, Linux, iOS).
10+ years of technology leadership experience for enterprise infrastructure including active directory, voice, networking, and information security.
Proven track record of driving IT strategic initiatives and delivering on measurable business objectives.
Strong collaboration skills with internal customers and management.
Budget management.
Vendor Management.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Experience leading cloud systems engineers and software engineers.
Focus on documentation and procedures, creating repeatable, predictable processes.
Team-oriented with a strong ability to work well with others.
