Responsibilities
Participate in SDLC processes, designing and developing ServiceNow workflows and integrations.
Analyze customer requirements and system specifications.
Monitor application availability and server activity.
Conduct reviews, tests, and documentation activities.
Create advanced UI designs and respond strategically to vulnerabilities.
Provide tier 3 support to the helpdesk team as needed.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
5+ years in software development, with strong JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and relational database skills.
3+ years of ServiceNow configuration and development experience (ITSM, ITOM, and App Development, scripting, etc.).
Familiarity with Public Sector Digital Services implementation.
Proven expertise in implementing at least two ServiceNow modules, preferably ITSM and Change Management.
Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and troubleshooting network issues.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
ServiceNow Certification.
A Federal Public Trust clearance is required.
