Responsibilities
Be the voice of our company, responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and care.
Resolve client concerns and issues efficiently, leaving a positive impression every time.
Keep accurate records of interactions and transactions to ensure seamless client service.
Collaborate with internal teams to find solutions and enhance the customer experience.
Identify and escalate urgent matters to the appropriate team for swift resolution.

Required
A high school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-energy environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred
An associate's or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Previous experience in a call center or similar customer service environment.
Familiarity with CRM software.
Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish to better serve our diverse client base.
