Responsibilities

Partner with Healthcare clients to manage their clinical technology needs.

Provide leadership and expertise for their business, patients, residents and the staff who care for them.

Service clinical equipment including Reverse Osmosis Machines, Peritoneal Dialysis Machines, Hemodialysis Machines, Infusion pumps, Defibrillator's, Patient Monitoring, Electro-surgery Units, Endoscopic Surgery Equipment, Nurse-Call, Neonatal Warmers, and IV Pumps.

Troubleshoot and repair clinical devices.

Communicate effectively with customers regarding services performed.

Required

High level of technical troubleshooting skills

Ability to make high level decisions regarding repairs and service of customer equipment

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to communicate effectively with customers regarding services performed

Excellent time management skills

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Valid driver’s license and good driving record

Associates Degree (or equivalent experience) in electronic, biomedical engineering or a discipline geared toward managing maintaining and repairing clinical equipment within a healthcare environment

3 years of experience in electronic, mechanical or electro-mechanical repair in a health care technology setting

Preferred

Dialysis experience

Experience servicing a broad spectrum of medical equipment

Formal training and preferred experience servicing clinical equipment

Experience in a healthcare facility or healthcare setting

Experience effectively repairing, maintaining and calibrating clinical devices such as Reverse Osmosis Machines, Peritoneal Dialysis Machines, Hemodialysis Machines, Infusion pumps, Defibrillator's, Patient Monitoring, Electro-surgery Units, Endoscopic Surgery Equipment, Nurse-Call, Neonatal Warmers, and IV Pumps
