Responsibilities
Manage customer expectations, delivery dates, sync external dependencies with internal timelines
Act as customer advocate inside of Client, helping align Client priorities to what customers need
Assist in pre-sales, ability to comfortably speak to the product technically but understandable to all audiences

Required
Client Management, with executive presence and strong social skills
3 - 10 years’ working in a tech company
Confidentially interfacing with engineering teams
Computer Science, Computer Engineering degree or software development experience
Knowledge of software systems, enterprise software systems
Testing, quality assurance experience
Comparative testing; benchmark experience
Preferred
Small organization experience helpful
